It requires both in-depth subject knowledge as well as an exceptional understanding of how to teach and train students effectively. Often it's how you teach, not just what you teach, that makes a difference to students.
We often look to high-achievers in IT, engineering and legal sectors who have strong problem solving and analytical skills, and are able to communicate in a way that makes complicated problems look easy.
As such, our tutors come from a range of different backgrounds and have varying levels of industry experience. University students, working professionals and retired professionals with an interest in teaching are strongly encouraged to apply.
